Some Tips to Increase Memory power:-
Stay active
Stay active for at least 5 days in a week. Walk for 30 minutes in fresh air or hand Yoga 12 bicycles called Sun Salutation.

According to Ayurveda, our noses are the door to our brain, so the smell of certain flowers reminds us something. To activate your alfalfa bulb, you can put hot ghee in your nose before sleeping. A cup of half a spoonful Brahmi and half teaspoon saffron before sleeping. Mix in milk and boil this milk 2 to 3 times and drink again.
