How to remember fast what you read

How to remember fast what you read

Every student passes through this phase. If things are not understood or studies are not properly done, or the student does not know how to study, then there is no way to remember. So today we will discuss all those things that you can easily remember anything till a long time.

Find out what kind of person you are:-

You have to find out what kind of person you are. I'll tell you how we have 5 senses.

  1. Sense of Hearing
  2. Sense of Vision
  3. Sense of Smell
  4. Sense of Taste
  5. Sense of Touch

But to read, we need only three magical senses. Which is, sense of hearing, sense of vision, sense of touch So with the help of these three senses, we have to see that we can remember them in a good way, or by looking after them properly, can remember or write well and remember them in a good way. So what will we do now, for the first 1 week we will listen to any topic and on the last day of the week we will see how much we can remember.

Then next week we will remember seeing any subject and on the last day of the week, we will see how much we can remember. Then next week we will write down any topic and remember the last day of the week that we can remember how much we can remember. By doing so, we will know which of our Gyan Vidhyas should be used to remember the topic.

Reread your topic

When we read any topic, we think we have missed it. But if that topic is not revised after some time then we forget that topic.

For example: - When you watch TV, advertisements come on TV and the same advertisement comes repeatedly in the day, a time comes that you speak every single ad without seeing it. This happened because you are repeatedly revising that ad.

If you want to remember any topic for a long time, then you have to revise it. During a research, it has been found that if we revise any topic 3 times, then we can remember that topic for a long time. So you have to make a target that you will do at least 3 revisions of any subject.

Think with picture (Imagination)

The best way to remember any topic is by imagination.

For example: - When you watch a movie, you are immediately reminded of it, but when you study, no topic is so easily missed. So you have to imagine every subject while reading.

You have to make an image of all the characters in your mind that matter in that subject. By doing this you will be able to remember that topic easily and for a long time.

Believe in your memory

Some people do not trust their memory.

For example: - When we study, while reading, if there comes a complicated topic, then we leave the subject thinking that we will not miss it.

Do not think like you, you have to trust your memory. You have to think that you have the best brain in the world.

Use your 3 sense

When remembering any topic, we have to use our 3 sense and that is, sense of hearing, sense of vision, sense of touch. You have to write any topic by speaking loudly. What will be the benefit of this to you that you will also be able to see any topic, even speak and listen to it? That is, all three of you know will help you remember that topic. By doing this you will be able to remember that topic easily and for a long time.

Teach what you have learned

If you want to remember any topic for a very long time, then you have to learn something else about that topic. This will give you two benefits, the first benefit will be your revision, the second benefit will be known to you that the topic of your is strong or weak. So, first of all, learn any topic well and then teach that topic to someone else.

Read on Paper

During a research, it was found that if we do not read on computers, laptops, tablets, and read on a paper, then we can remember any topic quickly, easily and for a long time. So always try to read from the book and avoid PDF files.

Ask questions

When you remember any topic well, ask questions related to the same topic.

For example: - If you are reading a story and reading the story you have gone through the middle of the story, you do not have to ask yourself the question of how many characters have been introduced in this story so far.

By doing this, you will miss every character and if you forget then you can immediately see the page turning and then you can ask yourself, which character you liked the most so far. By doing this you will also be revisited and your doubts will continue to remain clear.

Never read without a pencil

While reading, you must have a pencil. With this, you can underline the important topic. By doing this you will be saved while revising, and your notes will be created and you can add some extra note on that topic with the help of the pencil.

Take regular study breaks

While studying, if you are not breaking at the right time and are going to fall asleep. Doing so will make your mind tired quickly and will take more time to remember any topic. That is why you need to break at the right time. You can break 5 to 10 minutes after 50 minutes or 1 hour. 5 to 10 minutes is enough to refresh your mind again.

Sleep properly

Sleep plays a very big role in remembering any topic, so you should take good sleep every day. If you do not sleep well then your mind will get tired. Due to fatigue, your mind will not work properly. To keep your mind healthy, you should take at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep.
