Yoga exercises for gastric problem

Pawanmuktasana:-


It is very easy to use this asana which will help you to get out of gastric problems easily. Read the points given below for this seat to be used.



  • Lie down on a bench in a clean place by setting a gap.
  • Now, let your knees fall slowly and touch the planks of your feet in the ground.
  • In view of the place of the foot, lift your belly upwards.
  • Now, lift your legs upwards and extend your fingers to the angle and catch the leg.
  • Now be firm for 2 to 3 minutes on the strength of your waist. And keep your breath in check. By this method, do this asana 4-5 times. With this, you can get rid of stomach gas.
  • By doing this asana you can also get relief from constipation.
  • Keep in mind that doing this posture can increase the pain of waist pain and knee pain. Therefore, patients suffering from back pain and knee pain should not do it.



Bhujangasan:-


While doing this asana, the person's status becomes like a spreading cobra, hence it is also called Cobra Pose. This seat is also very simple, so you can easily get rid of it. To do this, follow the procedure given below.


  • Spread the mat on the flat ground and lie straight on the stomach. Keep your chin attached to the ground.
  • Now stretch your both hands and the claws and the elbows.
  • Now lift your neck and chin upwards and look towards the sky, slowly move your stomach up and down. In this situation, your shape will be like a scattered cobra.
  • Keep in mind that you have to keep your waist part unsteady. Stay in this position for 2-3 minutes.


Dhanurasana:-


On doing this asana, the shape of a person becomes like a bow. This asana is also beneficial for the patients of gas. To do this, follow the following method.

To do this, lay the mat on the flat ground and lie down on the stomach.


  • Now take your feet towards your head.
  • Now lift the stomach and neck too, and hold your feet with your hands.
  • Stay in this position for 2-3 minutes. And do this asana 4-5 times.
