Healthy food solutions for Acne
Watermelon is an excellent way to fight against acne and you will see a difference by the next day. Just remember not to eat watermelon in the morning or on an empty stomach as it is high in glucose and can raise your sugar levels.
Coriander which is also known as Cilantro is also an excellent way to remove the inner heat built up in your liver which causes acne. Coriander can be served raw or cooked depending on your preference as it has a unique taste which you may or may not like before it is cooked. If you choose to cook the coriander, make sure you don’t overcook it as the herbal effects of this plant will be wasted.
If your acne is REALLY bad, try having a vegetarian meal with coriander and watermelon for dessert. Take a hot shower, get plenty of sleep and you’ll notice the acne will improve significantly.
